Can Chrollo copy your power or powers? Sure.
What is your character's power? hahahah WHAT ISN'T SAI'S POWER THO. NARUTOES. weeps into hands. here is copypasta from sai's app for reference, tho:
Chakra control & Ninjutsu

All shinobi in the Naruto universe rely on a sort of life energy called chakra, which flows through the chakra network in their bodies, a pathway analogous in function to the human circulatory system. Any and all techniques (aside from taijutsu--hand to hand combat) used by shinobi require the usage of chakra. As explained in-series, chakra is derived from a combination of physical energy in the body’s cells and spiritual energy from the mind. Shinobi combine these energies within themselves to build up chakra, which is then manipulated (frequently with the use of hand seals) to perform ninjutsu.

Chakra can also be transformed into one of five basic natures: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning. Shinobi naturally have an affinity toward one of these natures, though they can learn to master more--most jounin have mastered at least two--though it is very rare for someone to have mastered all five. Sai’s chakra affinity is not stated in canon, but the wiki presumes him to be an earth-affinity shinobi, due to the fact that he is once seen moving through the earth without disturbing the surface. Aside from these elemental transformations, there are also the Yin and Yang releases, which involve changing the amounts/ratio of physical and spiritual energy in producing chakra. Non-elemental techniques are implied by Yamato to be of this type, so it’s possible that Sai’s ink jutsu (described below) are related to these, though this is again unconfirmed by canon.

There are some basic exercises in canon for learning chakra control, such as focusing one’s chakra to the soles of the feet so as to be able to climb a sheer vertical incline without hand or footholds, or its more difficult variation, walking/standing on the surface of water.

Standard ninjutsu known to just about every shinobi:
+ Substitution: A ninja replaces their body with an object such as a log or a block of wood, allowing them to attack/escape/hide while the opponent is distracted

+ Body flicker: Chakra is used to temporarily allow the body to move at high speeds, making it look as if they’ve teleported

+ Transformation: Pretty much what it says on the tin; the shinobi changes their form into either another person, or a plant/animal/even a weapon--this requires constant emission of chakra and mental maintenance of the form

+ Clone: Creates an intangible copy of the shinobi to confuse the opponent; many variations of this exist, and Sai’s is detailed below

Ink techniques

+ Ink Mist Technique: Chakra-infused ink wraps around his body and creates a smokescreen, frequently used in combination with the body flicker technique.

+ Ink Clone: A clone made out of ink, giving it actual substance and mass. Sai can keep in mental contact with his ink clones as well, though they are dispersed if he is knocked out.

+ Super Beast Imitating Drawing: Using chakra-infused ink, Sai can draw objects on his scroll, which then leap off the page, become life-sized, and act according to Sai’s will. This technique is extremely versatile, as Sai can create just about anything he draws, from birds for transport to mice for searching to lions for attacking, and so on. Despite the technique’s name, he’s not limited to animals. He’s also drawn such things as explosive tags on his birds to bombard enemies from the air. He can also disguise messages by turning them into small animals, who can reach their intended target without drawing attention, at which point a scroll is required to convert them back into words.
Is your character involved in charity work at all? Nope.
